With a Fine Arts (major in advertising) background and five years in the business, Henry is not just known for his state of the art weddings but also for coining the term ‘events stylist’. What to expect from Henry? The style of all styles.

Henry makes it a point that all his weddings have taste, proper composition, harmony, balance and proportion. He studies the mood of the wedding and services the whole wedding event theme-gown, flowers, venue, and so on, making sure that everything is done consistently with class.

He is known for using water, whether the wedding is tropical or Zen-themed, and was the first to introduce water panels in the business, for he believes that water brings luck. He is also known for the use of unique forms and shapes, going against traditional styles, wanting more from his designs such as unpredictable elements to stand out, and an exaggerated, oversized, and even ‘maldita’ element. But he makes it a point that all the details are properly polished and the work is clean regardless of the number of elements involved.

What makes him the stylist for your wedding? He continuously explores new designs and you can see his passion for giving clients only the best in weddings. Two days before one of his weddings, Manila was stuck by typhoon Milenyo. Everyone thought it was plain impossible to push through with the wedding-there was no electricity, the streets were flooded-but the Cinderella-themed wedding went through anyway, proving that nature is no match for Henry’s talent.

When it comes to practicality, this is what he has to say: “Life is so short, and a wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event. If you have money, spend. It’s a new beginning, a new life. After the wedding, guests will continue talking about your wedding. Food, you can spend on food any day of the year. You should please yourself, prioritize yourself.”

And his philosophies: never be satisfied; continue dreaming; explore; enjoy life, don’t make it complicated. With such philosophies and Preston Bailey and Raul Avilla as his idols, expect a one-of-a-kind wedding from Henry.
