Hazel Icasiano is a hair and makeup artist who does both airbrush and traditional makeup application. She completed her diploma course in Cosmetology at the Center for Aesthetic Studies and took up further lessons in Intermediate, High Definition and Airbrush makeup at the same school. She believes that makeup is only meant to enhance and not to alter one’s appearance and thus creates a natural look which is suitable for a bridal affair.
